We at Wake Up, LLC represent our products as best we can by the detailed pictures, as well as the descriptions on our listings. Thus we can offer an exchange only, on all purchases made on our website.

The following criteria will qualify you for an exchange: wrong size purchased, defective or damaged goods received. Any other reason, or reasons, will also be considered on a case by case basis.

We must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of your package, and the goods must be returned in the exact same condition as when received.

Buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

We inspect every product before shipping it out, so we know the condition of the product before it is shipped.
